This policy focuses on data we collect from and about Client companies; it does not cover candidate data except as necessary to provide the Services.

1. Information We Collect About Companies

We collect the following categories of information about Client companies:

1.1 Business Information

Company name, business address, industry, size, corporate structure, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and job titles of authorized users.

1.2 Role Requirements and Search Parameters

Information about your leadership needs, including position descriptions, board composition requirements, desired candidate profiles, compensation ranges, board governance information, organizational charts, and strategic priorities.

1.3 Billing and Payment Information

Payment method details, billing addresses, bank account or credit card information (processed through secure third-party payment processors), invoicing history, and transaction records.

1.4 Usage and Technical Data

Records of portal access, login times, pages viewed, features used, search queries, candidate interactions, feedback submitted, IP addresses, device information, browser type, operating system, and cookies or similar tracking technologies.

1.5 Communications

Email correspondence, chat messages, phone call records, meeting notes, and other communications between you and Fusio.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you: Information you provide during onboarding, account setup, portal use, and communications with our team.
